1. C Programming: A Modern Approach

C’s simplicity is one of the key reasons why people prefer it to other programming languages. C is therefore easier to learn than any other programming language.

Because there aren’t many keywords or symbols in C, the principles are simple to comprehend. Furthermore, you do not need to be an expert in computer science to begin programming with C.

All you have to do now is study some internet instructions and begin developing your own code. In the C programming language, there are also system-generated and user-defined functions.

2. Presence of many Libraries

The C programming language has a large number of functions, both system-generated and user-defined. In C Compiler, many general functions can be used to design a program, and the programmer can also create a function that meets their needs, which is referred to as a user-generated/defined function.

3. Low cost

If you want to create anything from the ground up, C is a great option. You won’t waste too much time trying to figure out if you made a mistake when developing your program because of its simple structure. And if you opt to hire someone else to finish the job, they will only charge you a lower fee.

What are the disadvantages of the C language?

Lack of object orientation

C is a large and strong language that strictly adheres to the procedural programming paradigm. It does not support the concept of OOPs in any way (Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, Abstraction, Data Hiding).

You can’t build a class with numerous inheritances in this language like you can in Java, Python, or C++. We can inherit methods from the parent class in OOP languages like Java. However, there is nothing comparable in the C programming language. Subclasses for our classes are not possible. As a result, it’s more difficult to reuse old code.

12. freeCodeCamp

freeCodeCamp is a non-profit organization that includes an interactive learning web platform, an online community forum, chat rooms, online publications, and local organizations with the goal of making web development accessible to everyone.

freeCodeCamp Pros:

Anyone who wishes to attend the camp is completely free.

The source code is freely available.
Because freeCodeCamp is open source, you can help improve the application that taught you how to code in the first place. It’s an excellent way to give back while also gaining experience.

With freeCodeCamp, there is no defined schedule. You have complete control over how quickly or slowly you complete the training.

Instead of students having to set up their own infrastructure, all freeCodeCamp classes are done in the browser. Beginners will find it much easier to get started as a result of this.

Actively cultivated
They are constantly upgrading and adding new content to their courses.

FreeCodeCamp Cons

The learning material is not comprehensive.

FreeCodeCamp’s instructional content is more of an introduction than a comprehensive learning resource. You won’t have enough knowledge to get through the coding challenges and development projects without utilizing other learning materials to fill in the gaps unless you have some prior expertise.

If you are looking to break into a new sector, Skillshare is the perfect place to start. The library of courses includes creative fields like design, writing, and marketing.

15. AlgoExpert

After making two separate purchases of AlgoExpert, I can confidently say that it was money well spent.

Instead of rushing from one problem to the next, students who learn better through visual means can use video explanations and solutions to transform an intractable difficulty into a learning opportunity to comprehend the gaps.

The vast majority of our customers have reported that AlgoExpert is an extremely helpful approach to getting ready.

However, the most notable shortcoming of AlgoExpert is that the majority of the more than 160 questions in its question bank are the questions that are asked the most frequently on Leetcode and have a substantial amount of overlap with the questions in Cracking the Coding Interview. In the event that you have already prepared for an interview, you run the risk of asking the same questions.

The pricing of each of AlgoExpert’s three plans, which all come in at $49, is the same; however, the features and perks that come with each plan are unique. You are able to look up active coupons and discount codes for AlgoExpert.

Machine learning and system design are both a part of the other two plans, which are referred to as MLExpert and SystemsExpert respectively. However, AlgoExpert is solely concerned with coding.

16. edX

edX is one of the best learning platforms because it works with top universities like Harvard and MIT to bring you high-quality content in an easy-to-understand format. On edX, you have the option of auditing all the courses for free and learning a lot about different topics. Also, edX is kind enough to help people who want to use their platform to get a virtual degree pay for it. Last but not least, edX courses are available in four different languages.

Users of edX can audit courses for free or buy a verified track with a set of courses for between $30 and $500, depending on the course. However, degree programs have a fixed price of between $10,000 and $25,000.

PluralSight Customer Testimonials & Reviews

pluralsight alternatives

Pluralsight has been a huge enabler to me in my IT career. Anytime I need to architect solutions and don’t have experience with specific technologies, I go to Pluralsight to train up quickly. I love how you can go as deep as you want with a technology. The plethora of content authors helps to round out teaching styles and perspectives too! Keep on rockin it Pluralsight!

Pluralsight saved my life several times. I learned specific topics and implemented in my projects. I want to add only one thing, I know Pluralsight is not a university, it is for professionals. But still it would be great if there are some good courses for fundamental concepts like Databases (not sql), networking, etc for developers like Kubernetes for developers from Dan Wahlin. Thanks for the opportunity.

The courses are all good. The teachers know their subjects well and teach the material in a concise, clear manner. They could keep better track of their paths and should also have a preview mode that does not get saved to the History page.

Just checking out a course gets it stuck in your History and if that is the way you are tracking what courses you have viewed, it gets confusing.Pluralsight strives pretty hard to enrich the ongoing and novice professionals by enabling them with rich content of knowledge base.. I whole heartedly salute them in such endeavor..!!!

The platform is the best I have used in recent times, the videos are short and concise making it easier to understand. The faculties are very knowledgeable too. I recommend pluralsight to everyone.

I have used Pluralsight for a few years, and have always found their content to be high value. The content creators are knowledgeable, and easy to understand. The courses are always relevant and up to date.

  1. Pluralsight offers such a variety of technology-driven courses that you can learn at your own pace. You focus on developing your skills and moving forward in a specific role.

Unfortunately, they don’t offer courses on all subjects, other platforms like Udemy offer courses on almost everything. If you are looking for an accredited certification, your best bet is to explore Coursera or edX.

  2. Hey Jamey,

Pluralsight covers all the topics you want to read. The worksheets on each topic provide an overview of our skills and deficiencies and also suggest topics that we would know based on our qualifications. Pluralsight is an easy-to-use social device indeed. This gives an indication that the site is sometimes used when a home page improvement is taking place.

  3. The Pluralsight platform consists of many courses in many technical areas. Therefore, it pays to use pluralism and learn. It also offers me a WordPress site to see the courses we are studying. I like it more. But everyone can learn offline. You likely have a good understanding of self improvement by studying how learning success is monitored. It has several cool features. I love the new simplicity of working and learning with the media.

  4. Hello Jamey,

The huge library of courses and the quality of production of these courses. In addition, the video player is really amazing as it can change the speed of video playback.

Cherry on top is a great app for iOS and Android that you can use to study on the go. You can also create channels with selected content and share them with your team.

  5. Pluralsight is a service that provides unlimited video courses to its users. I signed up for their free trial and have been impressed with the variety of classes I can find here. The pre-test quiz helped me quickly identify the areas where my knowledge was lacking, which meant that I could pick specific topics to focus on. Overall, this is a great resource for anyone who wants to grow their skills in technology!

  7. I liked Pluralsight because I could brush up on different technologies and gain access to courses that were previously too pricey for me. And the tutorials helped show me how to make sure I had all of my ducks lined up in some areas where my knowledge was lacking. Definitely one of the best purchases I made this year! Happy Learning!

  8. I’m not an expert, but I love it. I used to spend hours roaming the internet looking for quality materials on my subject of choice. And if you know about that search process (or lack thereof) then this sounds like a good backup plan to explore what you’re interested in without worrying too much about knowing if it’s worth exploring or not — because of course you won’t know until you’ve spent time digging around and testing your skills. If I were still alive, this would be so helpful with *that* World War II documentary binge-session I did last week… all 20 episodes of it.

  9. Stay up to date on the latest technology with Pluralsight. From managing web content to machine learning, you’ll be trained at your own pace and your need for this training may change depending on how quickly things are changing.

  10. I know that when you get to the job interview (or even worse, get hired) they will throw error messages at you like nobody’s business. Well I can’t help with your interviewer but Pluralsight can help you before it happens! This online training platform has 71 courses on SQL alone-which is one of the most misunderstood topics in IT today. If you’ve got a free weekend tomorrow try them out for yourself and see how much easier it is to come up with answers next time someone throws an error message at your face, or God forbid…SQL syntax! I love being able to brush up on computer security right in my own home. Who knows when the power might go out? All of these great

  11. I have been using Pluralsight for 4 years now and I am so glad that I decided to spend the money on a subscription. The courses are extremely clear, easy to follow, and completely worth the price. What’s more is you also get lifetime access to every course offered which ends up saving a lot of time from not having to search for new tutorials or learning methods. You can even test your skills, show others how smart you are with demos, take quizzes—all these things help me keep my knowledge up-to-date so I’m always ahead of the technology curve. If you’re ever hesitant about purchasing a subscription but still want access then do it because this site will change your life if not at least make work much.

  12. At first glance, one may falsely presume that the only benefits of Pluralsight are available to those who can afford an expensive monthly fee. But it turns out the knowledge found at Pluralsight is invaluable for all users. With their innovative ‘tests your skills’ feature, I quickly realized how much further I needed to go in my studies of Azure! If you want to become a true expert on technology-related topics then this is the site for you!

  13. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw what they had offered for free. 15 courses with absolutely no strings attached. I was browsing through the site, looking at all of the courses that were offered and one little tile caught my eye. “TEST YOUR SKILLS” with an arrow pointing up to it which led me to this new feature on their site I didn’t even know existed called “test your skills.” As you can see below, it not only tests your skill (which is also cool) but it shows you how many hours are needed in order to master certain topics.

  14. Who better to use a product then the customers themselves. I’m not sure if you feel like a tech wizard or Oprah Winfrey when it comes to tech, but Pluralsight has been around since 2004 and it’s going strong. How do I know? That’s because I’m one of their satisfied customers! After trying out other video-based learning systems this is way better priced ($299/year). They have an amazing selection of courses from beginner through advanced levels ($49-$299). It’s great for studying on my own at home, catching up on things before meetings, emailing back presentations from particular sections, reference for interview questions, too many uses to mention here.

  15. “It’s kind of like deciding to go on a new diet: it may feel like you’re giving up something…over and over again. But the results, improvements in your skills and job prospects or increased income can make it all worth while.” Things busy people will love about Pluralsight: it is great for finding courses that match with what you need, such as “testing your skills” where there are topics such as NodeJS, Android Application Development, Angular 2, AWS best practices. One thing I forgot to mention earlier was how user interactive courses can be – at some point you’ll have a finger in 3 pies!

  16. What’s catching you off guard? That engineering degree that was supposed to secure your job just didn’t do the trick. LinkedIn Learning has what you need to stay on top of hyper-changing industries. Get schooled with our library of instructional videos covering topics like Maya, SQL Server, and Python! Personalized course recommendations allows for true self-development over time, which maintains relevance in a rapidly changing workforce environment.

  17. LinkedIn Learning was an easy to use and convenient tool. My course recommendation matched my skill level and interests, so I found it really understandable. The videos were clear and concise with a step-by-step understanding of the material because LinkedIn adds in cutesy facts to keep you interested. Definitely recommend this for someone who needs help updating their skills! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  18. “LinkedIn Learning is an on-demand library of instructional videos that will teach you everything you need to know about how to be succesful. It’s like Netflix, but with work skills for all levels.”

  19. LinkedIn Learning is an outstanding tool for professionals. I have yet to find a better way of learning so many new skills in such little amount of time. Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  20. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this before! I finally have a chance to learn what I need to in order to get ahead professionally. It’s so great that LinkedIn Learning has brought business skills from the classroom onto my laptop so I don’t miss anything anymore.

  21. I figured I needed to brush up on my skills after 15 years of working for the same company. If you’ve been in your industry for awhile, this is a great tool! I found myself doing things that I never thought would work and completely turning my business around. -Joe Salesperson Whatever it is- marketing, sales, leadership training there are so many videos that can help grow your skill set or give you an edge. -Jack Videography Company Owner All levels of employees at my company got LinkedIn Learning included when we bought the software package last year… It’s really good if you want to do some extra studying; not feeling like ‘you’re missing out’ or anything like that. So far it’s helped us bring in more

  22. “I’m not just learning new skills, I’m changing my job completely! This site has helped me change my resume and land interviews with companies that I could only dream of applying to before. LinkedIn Learning is great for anyone who wants more than an overpriced college education.”

  23. LinkedIn Learning is a fantastic resource for those looking to dedicate time to self-mastery. Between courses on business skills, engineering skills and personal finance skills, there’s something for everyone. What I love about their platform is that they offer personalized recommendations based on your skill level as well as letting you know what you can learn from specific topics so that you can find the right course for you! It’s also worth noting, the background music during the videos is so soothing AF and really helps create a focused and productive learning environment.

  24. I can’t speak for LinkedIn Learning from a professional perspective, but from the surface it seems to be pretty great. There are tons of education videos and courses available and they’re very easy to browse thanks to their interface. It feels like they hit most if not all the major topics in different industries, so I feel like I can find something there that is relevant for me. The only thing is that unfortunately you have to pay monthly which kinda turns me off because my life is already kinda crazy besides this new gig I’m taking on at work so buying another service right now might not be such a good idea!

  25. I found this site to be the most helpful of the available resources for learning new skills. When I had trouble understanding something, they walked me through it until I got it. This has helped me so much with my LinkedIn profile and job search, as well as other things like taxes since some stuff is easy but sometimes you find some tricky things that can’t really be explained online so it’s good to have your own support throughout the process! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  26. Your course professors are available 24/7. And they’re always willing to hear your questions. Every time I get stuck, there’s someone who can help me get back on track – no waiting in lines or seminars that have already started!

  27. I love learning, personal development, and understanding what’s next in my career. I also like to keep my skills up-to-date– but I have a busy life. The way Pluralsight helps is that it offers an on-demand library of instructional videos so you can take courses while you’re on the go! It didn’t matter if I was at home or somewhere else, with Pluralsight there are so many things that are better than wherever I am! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  28. Like a really expensive Netflix, LinkedIn Learning is the perfect balance between your personal and professional development needs. For example, I decided to learn something new for my job when I realized that sometimes people just call IT because there’s an issue with their email software. Learning about Pluralsight helped me set up an account in Azure and configure it so we wouldn’t need to call IT every time someone needed help. With videos on literally hundreds of topics from technical skills like programming languages and video editing techniques to creative skills like best practices in writing fiction novels and drawing comics using Photoshop, you’ll never lack knowledge or appeal!

  29. Pluralsight is the technological equivalent of a human-powered cheat sheet. Whether you’re an employee or a manager, it’s filled with helpful topics and tutorials that will take your skillset to the next level. The course library was designed for professional development and comes complete with offline viewing options to ensure you can study at your convenience. All courses come with certificates of completion and LinkedIn Learning series founder Dale Carnegie even recommends Pluralsight! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  30. The familiar feeling of a roller coaster is the perfect analogy for Pluralsight to describe how an online learner might feel when they first start learning. Traditional courses are filled with boredom and long breaks, forcing learners to wait for their frustrated attention span to get going again. Pluralsight makes all the information you need available at once without any pauses, recaps or boring fillers in-between topics. So say goodbye to that inevitable “Netflix moment” where you end up clicking over from your course because you’re done waiting! You can still take a break from time-to-time–but thanks to our intuitive and innovative features like resume playback and badges, it will never be dull!

  31. It was much more than I expected. My company needs to provide support for users, and the videos were teaching me how to actually do that. The interface is easy to use as well. The only search strings you really need are “on-demand” and “found this.”

  32. Pluralsight provides all the skills I need for my job, and it’s user-friendly to boot. It delivers exactly what you need without any fuss or muss. You can find what you want right away because Pluralsight is so focused on one thing: quality content. It’s like Netflix but tailored just to me! With over 5,000 courses worth of videos, tutorials and how-tos, there is always something new for me to learn. The courses are easy to understand with insightful tips from great instructors that help clarify anything I don’t get at first go round.

  33. Online course videos have never been more popular, that’s for sure. It seems like every day there is a new company stepping into the arena of providing education to anyone with internet access. And it’s always free right? Well no, not always… In fact I would say for the better-funded platforms at least, you will be sorely disappointed if you think their “free” offerings are anything but nickel and dime versions of themselves compared to what they really have to offer. The solution: aim a little higher and use your time wisely by using! For those potential customers who might know a bit about computer programming or how audio engineers work in film industry–but do not want to go back to school or take.

  34. I’ll keep this short and sweet (pun intended). I’m an IT Manager, but I’ve got to admit that my skills are getting kind of rusty. Pluralsight has been awesome for keeping me current with all the latest in web design. And let’s be honest, it’s also helped prevent me from looking like a fool when one of my staff came to speak with me about html code.

    1) There are tons of great videos created by industry experts; 2) they provide personalized course recommendations based on your skill level; 3) their platform has beautifully rendered slow motion imitations just so you can absorb every last detail while watching tutorials 4) it tracks how many times you watch something through their software 5)

  35. I absolutely love Pluralsight which provides me not only with knowledge but also confidence I’ve never had before. After two weeks of using it, I can finally understand what my colleagues are talking about in meetings every day! It makes the subject you’re learning feel more personal and less intimidating. Sometimes it feels like they’re walking right beside you and guiding your thoughts to the next obstacles that pop up during a project. There is something for everyone on their platform: enthusiasts, artists, CEOs and even engineers. You will find everything from how to create a great pitch deck and intro videos to tips and tricks for Photoshop – all available 24/7 when you need them most!

  36. It’s the little things that make all the difference. CBT Nuggets is an amazing way to learn at your own pace without being stressed out by time constraints or heavy materials you have to carry around with you. Having these videos are so much better than anything I’ve ever seen, they’re short and sweet but hit critical points for understanding material more deeply. It’s never been easier to study on-the-go or in bits and pieces throughout the day because my favorite subject comes next after watching a quick 5 minute video! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  37. I think one of the best features I found with this app is that it doesn’t have a bunch of lengthy videos you have to watch. It gives you a quick summary and lists key topics so there’s no need to start back at the beginning of a video, or 2 hours in when they get into something new. Other apps require you to buy each chapter for $10-$30 per course which isn’t worth it if all I’m getting from these videos is what file type use or how many credits I need. CBT Nuggets has been my favorite online resource by far because not only am I able to study on my own time but also learn in depth how different pieces work together and strategies for success.

  38. This is not only beneficial to the student, but the teacher as well. CBT Nuggets has simplified and condensed their classes into short, single-topic videos that students can easily revisit. The teacher will love helping their students by providing a quick video review or lecture for questions about material that was covered earlier in the day. Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  39. I love the short videos that are straight to the point for quick review. I can learn without having to waste time sifting through 20 minute lectures about what’s important to know.

  40. I love my CBT nuggets! Lately, I have been having difficulty sitting down and going through a course with all the detail. So when I heard about these videos, it was a lifesaver for me. The most helpful are the short and straight-to-the-point videos that are short in size and help teach and recap items that need to be learned, not just for the certificates and exams but for actually understanding the material. Having short videos allows me to go back through and study precisely the topics I need to without having to sort through 30-minute long videos to find the bullet points that catch my eye.”

  41. I need to admit that I’m kind of an edtech snob. It’s not easy to please me when it comes to learning, but CBT Nuggets has done the impossible. Whenever I have a question or don’t understand something in class, all I need is this one website and my problem is solved! The short videos are so quick and precise that they’re perfect for studying just what you need to pass your exam with flying colors. Plus, you also get access to explanations for things like why isn’t negative energy real? OMG!!!! GET THIS NOW!!! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  42. I live in the maze of academic jargon. It turns out, I was more lost than smart. The way to find your way out? CBT nuggets! They’re like little gold nuggets people tell me! They provide you with educational videos that are on-demand, concise and straight-to-the-point—perfect for reviewing key points of study focused on everything from CEUs to certification exams. And if you’ve got a question, they answer right back! Sometimes it feels like I need an engaged teacher who is engaged in my material (or some pep talks) while I’m studying because hey–at least there’s someone there telling me when I get something right or wrong even though the “wrong”

  43. I loved this form of CBT. It was quick, informative and very helpful with my studying for classes at university. I loved the short videos that helped me recap subjects to give myself a refresher without having to go through 30 minute long videos witch could make it hard for me to find any bullet points I needed. They were clear, concise and really well made which is what makes them so great! The fact that they’re organized by topic also helps making it easy to find the ones you need instead of sifting through longer more tedious videos for certain things you forgot or want clarified on in your study time.

  44. The best part about this CBT program is that the videos are short, straight to the point, and packed with important information. Having short videos allows me to go back through and study precisely the topics I need without sifting through 30-minute long videos—which can be really tedious. Best of all, these nuggets cover every topic! From treating pressure ulcers to common food allergies…if it affects any nursing certificate or exam curriculum (topics like medication calculations etc.), it’s covered here. Plus they’re available on YouTube too so you never have to wait for a video load when you’ve got a billion other tabs open in your browser. Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  45. I’ve been in the business long enough to know when someone who knows what they’re talking about and CBT Nuggets is one of them. Their videos (although short) are very informative and their study system helped me earn my Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching certification on my first try all online, which is really saying something.

  46. I need to admit that I’m kind of an edtech snob. It’s not easy to please me when it comes to learning, but CBT Nuggets has done the impossible. Whenever I have a question or don’t understand something in class, all I need is this one website and my problem is solved! Functionality wise, Cloud Academy offers integrated web and app uses for both starters out on their own or experienced veterans looking to stay ahead of the game. With all that you need to learn covered, it’s pretty hard to find anything wrong with this product. All in all, I give CCA four stars!

  68. It’s a great app, its really nice and clean. I liked how it was split up into different sections so you can go straight to the section your looking for. It goes over all the important topics that you need to know in order to pass your certification or just day-to-day work on a new cloud environment. Plus it comes with an unlimited subscription so even when Im out of town on business, I can still take care of my studies without straining my tight schedule – no more wasting time at airports waiting for connection flights! Cloud Academy also has some pretty cool features like a scoreboard and leaderboard which see me improve by happy minute intervals making sure my skills don’t grow stale or get rusty. The cloud academy analytics is very useful, Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  69. The best thing about Udemy is the accessibility to all kinds of online courses. The interface is clean and easy to get around, making it easier for users who are afraid to get started. They have anything from marketing basics to guitar lessons. Every course includes a certificate of completion that can be downloaded or shared with colleges/university admissions departments, but there’s one catch…those certifications aren’t accredited! Technically they’re not worth much more than paper weight either, since the certificates aren’t officially recognized by universities or employers. I suppose you can always frame them if you really want! Otherwise it’d probably be in your best interest to take advantage of their 30-day refund policy because any classes purchased come with lifetime access! 70. Most people think Udemy is like any other boring-ass course you take, but once they actually try it out, they never want to come back! You can learn anything imaginable on this app. I took a photography course and was able to create some killer photos in about six weeks; talk about bang for your buck! Plus, the program provides detailed step by step instructions that are easy enough for an average Joe or Jane to follow. The icing on the cake? It’s accessible 24/7 meaning you have everything at your disposal anytime of day. And with so many courses being offered at no cost, what do you have to lose?!

  71. I know not too many people here might think about Udemy as a viable option for education, but I’ve been surprised. The difference between this and something like Coursera is that there are more hours for you to go through at your own pace. Some of the courses require forward momentum because, well, they’re meant to be done in 30 minutes or less. This may not suit everyone and if so opt out and the refund is understandable and seamless which really helps with buyer’s remorse…or risk! If given a choice I’d say start with one course no matter how little time it takes up per day because life gets busy- we all know that feeling. You can always cancel after purchase

  72. Udemy offers y’all the best UX if you’re looking for practical skills to impress your boss or do it yourself projects. There are courses on everything from mastering Excel, to how to speak unapologetically, build a successful company around what you love and other wide-ranging topics. All of them come with lifetime access and 30 days refund policy notification so there’s no reason not to try out this awesome course platform!

  73. I finished my first Udemy course and I loved it! The best part was that I got to learn exactly what I want at my own speed. Once you start a course, you can go as fast or slow as you like, which is really handy if you don’t know any of the material. Plus courses are mostly self-paced so they are perfect for busy people who have other things on their plates because there are no deadlines or specific dates to keep track of. There were some quizzes here and there but nothing crazy hard so even if distractions happen or work gets busy, all your stuff won’t be gone forever once the timer goes off! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  74. I’ve been a really lazy college student so far, but I finally decided that the only way to dig myself out of this hole is by leveling up my skills. That sounds hard and expensive though, but Udemy saves me from both those things! The lessons have been very quality, short enough for me not to feel overwhelmed with work I’ll never finish anyway because I want to binge watch Netflix. The first course (it was on ReactJS) has pushed me into making more free time and trying other courses like Arduino Programming Basics and How To Create Interactive Websites With Javascript ES6 among others. I love how you can find all kinds of different kinds of skills — anything from cooking Japanese food as an English chef or

  75. Udemy is the one-stop shop for all your learning needs. With thousands of courses intricately designed to cover just about any speciality out there, Udemy has you covered. And best yet? It’s 100% online – no more taking time off from work to go to school!

  76. I have always wanted to learn guitar but never had the time or money for lessons. Whenever I wanted to learn something, I needed it immediately because who needs time? Well luckily my savior came along in the form of Udemy! As someone with limited financial resources, this was a godsend. The best part is that after completing courses you get certificates which are recognized by employers around the world. You can also watch anytime and on any device with an internet connection too! These courses are based on fun subjects like cooking healthy food fast or how to make your own drinks at home, so there’s no chance of bore-dum boredom lectures. You can even try out some free courses before joining for realzies! Thanks for providing the best Pluralsight alternatives

  77. Udemy was the official digital training site for Geek Girl Authority! My boss offered me a “year off” of sorts to train myself in whatever areas I have always wanted to learn about, so I thought what better way than on Udemy!? With thousands of online courses ranging from business skills to music composition, this is an amazing place to get started whether you are looking for formal education or informal learning.

  78. “Udemy is an online learning platform for people who want to get better at their jobs. User-created courses are offered in a wide range of subjects, including the ever popular “learning how to code”. Almost any skill can be learned through Udemy. After completing one of these courses you’ll have lifetime access and be able to take advantage of our 30 day refund policy.”

  79. Learning languages and translating is an effective way to expose yourself to new cultures. Pluralsight can help you learn more about languages like Spanish, German, or Mandarin. With the courses on offer geared towards intermediate and advanced learners as well as those just getting started, we’ll be there with you every step of the way so that anytime it feels like your progress has stalled out – we’re here to see you through all the hurdles until you’ve finally reached learning bliss

  80. I can’t believe I waited so long to join, it’s been one of my best decisions. Not only the courses are really good but also you get incredible feedback from top experts. In 19 days I was able to learn how to build a mobile web site with HTML5 and CSS3, create a database-driven website in Rails with Shoes on Ruby, and come up with some great social media strategies for clients just by following the free lectures. After two months since plenialsight is probably one of the smartest investments you’ll ever make!

  81. I’ve always wanted to get more serious about working with web technologies, but had no idea where to start. I feel like thanks to the rigorous focus this course has given me, my imagination is coming alive. It’s making me more aware of how social media sites like LinkedIn and Twitter are used for growing businesses while I experiment with mobile responsive design techniques in new ways daily!

  82. 5/7 stars, I use pluralsight for every single thing related to web development. Yes, it doesn’t have the absolute best programming courses (I prefer code academy) but it has great courses on topics that coders like myself care more about like how to work with Search Engine Optimization. It’s also really flexible and cost-effective; there are trial periods for days or weeks at a time, unlimited course access within one month of purchase (not counting extra services), tons of teachers all over the world presenting tons of topics …. its amazing! Plus their customer service is impeccable – if you need any help they’re only an email away!

  83. I love Pluralsight. The courses are A+ and I feel like my development is great when I’m in it. There are heaps of people who put these online classes together, so there’s always somebody staffing the comment booths to provide you with feedback on all your work – even if you don’t ask for help! It’s also really easy to search through the catalog- they have this persona quiz at the start that asks what languages you’re looking for most.
