I just finished listening to the Speak and Inspire, by Lisa Nichols. I often struggle with negative emotions after I listen to talks or conferences about motivation. Many are really inspiring in kind of a depressing way, because they show the perfection that most people report achieving is impossible for me. This program was different though! It’s full of factual information on how this skill can be learned instead of telling you all the reasons it is impossible for you to do. The speaker didn’t need an entire hour long hype up-people which feels more like twisting one into trying harder in my opinion-just straightforward, simple steps anyone can take to become better communicators and speakers if desired!
